Orders may be placed by visiting one of the five showroom locations or by contacting one of our lighting specialists by email or phone. We currently do not offer online ordering.
In stock items are generally available for pick up within 24 hours, but special-order items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
All lead times are estimated and subject to change based on backorders, discontinued items, etc. We highly recommended speaking with one of our lighting specialists before placing your order.
All orders are free for pick up at your nearest Kendall Lighting Center location. Carrier shipping is available for an additional cost anywhere inside the continental US.

All special-order items must be 100% paid in full at the time of ordering.

If you wish to make a return, our return policy allows for the return of un-installed items, including their original packaging, within 30 days of pickup or delivery.

Defective items happen, and we understand that. If you have discovered a defect or damage to your product, contact a lighting specialist or your nearest showroom to request a replacement. We will be happy to help!
If you wish to cancel or change your full or partial order, please contact us at 800-558-8820 (IN) or 800-447-5493 (MI) as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a cancellation will be approved. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return. *SEE ABOVE RETURN POLICY.
